Day 4 with my CPAP machine. I am able to sleep with it a little longer every night, and it is worth its weight in gold for the huge increase in energy I am already experiencing.
If you have tried and failed one in the past, try again. The new machines are small and quiet, and their are so many mask choices, all designed for comfort, you are much more likely to succeed now than even a few years ago.
Besides, sleep apnea can lead to high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke and organ damage, just for starters. It also aggravates chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, and causes countless car accidents.

My kitchen jungle....in a blurry photo that i had fun playing with in Picasa. I used to have a "jungle" when I met Jim, but when we moved into the mobile home I gave most of them away because I knew there wouldn't be enough light there. It's taken me until now to really start growing plants again. I am having fun!
I found a website today that describes me.... doodler's anonamous. Anyway, they have a challenge to upload your best napkin art, so I went digging around in the Volvo and found a napkin, which may be as old as the car (1985) and made my 1st napkin art. Now I wonder if I really am a doodling addict. Maybe I am not quite obsessed enough because I don't doodle on napkins.....until now. Well here it is anyway... "Waking up in Bent Glasses with Monster Breath on a Bad Hair Day". I do fall asleep in my glasses alot, and they are bent, especially with my cpap machine. Didn't think of trying to draw that thing... I actually just broke one pair.
